On my recent trip to Ghana, I visited Aburi Bontanical Garden just outside of Accra and Kakum Nationa Park & Rainforest in Cape Coast. At Aburi, I was able to see and learn about various types of exotic trees and plants. Some imported from other countries, some that can be used for medicinal purposes and some just beautiful on the eyes. It was a great learning experience to say the least.

Saréya & LHHH Goes To Africa!
Young children playing/waving as we pass by in Togo. |
I'm sure you may be asking, "Why Africa?" Out of all the places in the world why did you choose to go to Africa. I didn't blindfold myself and point to the map and choose wherever my finger landed nor did I pick it out of a hat. I chose to bring Loving Hands Helping Hearts to Ghana because ever since I was 11 years old I've been in love with the country.
